Rebecca Clifford
Rebecca is a Chartered Accountant and has completed the Insolvency Education Program with the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association (ARITA). Rebecca’s experience includes Voluntary Administrations, Deed of Company Arrangements, Liquidations, Receiverships, Business Reconstruction, Bankruptcies and Personal Insolvency Agreements.
With over 20 years of experience providing advice across numerous industries including retail, construction, professional services, logistics with a primary focus on small to medium business turnaround management and solvency solutions, her broad knowledge and understanding can assist you in identifying and resolving the issues with your business or personal financial position quickly, efficiently and commercially and get it, and you, performing again.
Nathan Brunt
Nathan is an Australian Legal Practitioner with over 20 years of experience specialising in insolvency, lending enforcement and debt collection, working both for and against lenders, creditors, liquidators and trustees in bankruptcy. He has helped businesses and individuals in all forms of distress.
Nathan’ experience across a broad range of industries and a broad range of commercial and legal issues makes him an ideal advisor for business owners and operators who find their business in any sort of difficulty.
